E1070 Camera Problem, Busy. Try Again

Hi. I know there are a few topics with the same problem that i have but it's all in italian and i cant read italian! Im having problems with my video cam and my cam. when i startup my cam it says "Busy. Try Again" And when i start my video cam the screen just flashes and closes the cam... I dont know what to do... i tried some monster packs including the ones from motox.info and fabo92's but nothing works for me :S please help me!
